About Radhika Kawlra Singh 

Radhika Kawlra Singh is one of the Premier Mind Coaches in India. With a vast experience spanning two decades, she has worked with leading Indian Olympic athletes, with heads from the corporate world, with teachers from across schools in the country and with children of all age groups. 
 
The canvas of therapeutic work done by Radhika includes work with psycho somatic illness, disease, dis-comfort, trauma, physical abuse, bereavement, addiction, motivation, stress, phobias and technical sports work accomplished with the top athletes representing India at the Olympic Games like Rajyavardhan Rathod,Abhinav Bindra, Ronjan Sodhi etc. She has worked with children and teachers parents young and old. She has taken her years in reaching out employing all the learning’s - using the tools we employ sparingly in her routine life to meet a greater purpose than employing them to benefit her own need to evolve. 
 
Curating her experiential learning and compiling a book that can truly practically help people without needing to use their resources and encouraging them to look within so they can find their source of strength that is always present - is a magnanimous social initiative. 

Professional Background

Radhika Kawlra Singh began her career in television and documentary film making in Mumbai in 1991. She created 22 documentary films for corporate giants in her first two years of film and then co-produced the Bournvita Quiz contest with Dushyant Mehta for Zee TV and then launched her own production house called ‘Film Factor’ to produce the Brand Equity Quiz for Benett and Coleman amongst others. 

 

With her move to New Delhi she ran a PR agency with partner Rina Karer called ‘Parichay’ that serviced international watch brands like Omega, they serviced Art festivals and the top rung of fashion designers. 

 

Eventually she moved back into psychology and collected a wealth of certifications including the license to practise in all the alternate arts of healing and hypnotherapy year after year at theNGH (National Guild of Hypnotist’s) in New Hampshire New England USA starting the year 1999. 

 

From there onwards began her true spirited journey as a mind coach working with the mighty subconscious mind. She has worked with all kinds of people on abuse, addictions, multiple psycho somatic disorders, the physical manifestation of symptoms in the body like allergies and phobias and have been the mind coach for the top athletes of the Indian Olympic team for three successive years. 

Launches of the Book

The book has had three great opportunities for its unveiling. 

 

The first opportunity for the book was it’s official preview in its very first print, in Chandigarh at The Times Lit fest on the 16th of November 2018 with Times of India Executive Editor Vinita Dawra Nangia.With panellist’s: Punjab Cm Captain Amarinder Singh, journalist Indrani Bagchi, Author Gurcharan Das, Filmmaker Anand Neelakanteen, Authoress Rakhshanda Jalil, ACS and historian Haryana Vijay Vardhan. Panel discussion on ‘Saying No to Stress’ With Authoress Shabri Prasaad Singh.

 

The second opportunity was the invitation by The Director at India Habitat Centre - Sunit Tandon at the Amaltas Hal, Habitat World, India Habitat Centre on the 12th of February 2019. This was the official unveiling of the book with panelists Padma Shri Shovana Narayan: the most renowned Kathak Dancer, Victor Banerjee, erstwhile actor now running a blind school, Gautam Gambhir, former cricketer now philanthropist Dr.Rajiv Tandon Health and Nutrition expert and currently the Technical Director at PATH. Ruchika Kawlra Motwani a senior visual artist. 

 

The third opportunity was an invite by Dr. Tasneem Zakaria Mehta, the Managing Trustee Bhau Daji Lad Museum in Mumbai on the 26th of May 2019. This was a panel discussion on building healthier communities with Abhinav Bindra - Olympic Gold Medalist, Dr, Gulu Mansukhani - leading Gynaecologist from Jaslok Hospital Mumbai, Nikhil Malhotra leading AI innovator from Anand Mahindra group. The moderator was Apurva Patel who is into Private Equity as well as an Indian classical musician.
